-Atmosphere and culture -Latest and greatest technology -Overall nice place to work -Ability to move within large organization

Cons

-Compensation slightly lower than other area hospitals -Cost cutting in areas that didn't seem right (maybe decisions were made by non-patient care executives?)

Very use to hiring friends and not the most qualified people also bully employees that do not conform to things that are not ethical.

Excellent benefits morale is good the cafe is state of he art a lot of food choices nutrition employees and residents eat for free

Cons

No room for advancement Management only cares about the numbers high turnover always training new employees from managers to staff lots of overtime
