Saint Peter's University Hospital continually goes above and beyond for both their employees and the patients that they serve. They take their mission statement very seriously and implement that mission in all that they do. They are very supportive and continually acknowledge hard work.

Cons

There are no cons to working at Saint Peter's University Hospital. However, because we are a smaller organization than other area hospitals , I believe the community may not recognize our value. It is not the size of the organization that represents it's value, rather, it is the people that make up the organization.

Saint Peter's has one of the best cultures I have ever worked in. It is truly a place where you can grow your career and make a difference in people's lives.

Cons

It is a smaller system, but still plenty of opportunities.

Colleagues are friendly and the new CEO is great!

Cons

- Employees have been in the same positions for decades and not aware of business run in the outside world -Lack of communication from Senior Management and people are silos completing projects with no support -Lack of technology, pay checks are still paper format no way to view it online, one has to keep all their pay stubs -On boarding is horrible -Lack of knowledge transfer -Lack of resources and training -Some upper managers flex their power with no efficiencies on board
