If you wish to stay employed while tolerating a toxic work environment, do not share your grievances (with specific examples) with anyone; mgmt directs you to tell them when something is wrong…spoiler alert: you do that and they do not support you and you are soon removed of your duties while the toxicity train is allowed to continue further down the tracks.
