Cons

Leaders do not know what they are doing. They are constantly changing their minds. Most teams are very reluctant to change and take innovative ideas-very set in their old ways.

I enjoyed my time at the company, and especially appreciated the stance taken on social issues. I had great managers as well and felt supported in my career. I also loved the flexible PTO and Summer Fridays

The compensation could have been better.
