1.No employee respect,Morale 2.No standard HR policies-will change based on the benefit of the management 3.Hire and Fire company 4.All promises before joining,no commitment after joining 5.No career path 6.No good training facility

Cons

If you do not land in a good project you will have to work on whatever is being thrown at you. No stable projects lately apart from a few. Management has lost its vision. Just trying to clinch on whatever they have now. Company is not trying to grow.
