The gaps in communication are glaringly obvious. I have never worked for a more heirarchal organization in my life. It's very clear who the organization considers to be important and who they don't. If you're down low on that totem pole, you will get minimal, if any, communication/information. The organization is way more old-fashioned (read: cheap) than the dot com in their name would signify.

Management Transparency No warnings on performance Unrealistically High Target that can really only be hit by the people faking it Career progression looks laid out but is really not developed/ people who need to be moved up are indefinitely waiting as a BDR.
