      the pay is ok and alot of holidays

      Cons

      Micro Manage beyond belief. Treat adults like adults and there wouldn't be so much turnover. For a compensation company that preaches it costs more to hire a new employee than retain one, they don't practice it at all. Management is awful. Their ideas are the best and if it is not their idea, it won't be listened to.

      Pros

      -By far the best product on the market. -Ton of big brand name clients.

      Cons

      -Sales leadership was taken over by a tech/coder that has never sold anything in his life. -Business Development was outsourced to China and prospects receive constant emails in broken english which puts a poor taste on our brand. -No clear cut territory's. Sales reps are constantly stepping on each other's toes.
