[From Darin Anderson, CEO] This is exactly the kind of experience we want all team members to have: a collaborative environment where people can grow, develop new skills, and feel supported along the way. It's true that our work can be demanding, and that's a reflection of the complexity and importance of what our clients count on us to deliver. Our best teams rise to meet it together. I appreciate everything you contributed and wish you well in what's next.

Pros

Hours are great, I work 9-5. Have received great training and have been pushed positively in my work. Even with a non engineering background, they have worked with me to understand building systems and have put me into an on site energy management role early on in my career. Love my manager. Pay is overall decent but can be tough at times for New York living. We get one small mid year bonus and a larger end of year bonus. Benefits are overall good as well.

Cons

Not many cons, they just haven’t given us our own work laptops so connecting through remote connection can be slightly annoying for WFH days. Otherwise overall good experience.

[From Darin Anderson, CEO] Providing strong training and support and putting team members in meaningful roles early is exactly what we hope our leaders are doing, and it sounds like yours is doing it well. This is what we want every team member to experience. On compensation, pay is one part of a broader picture we work hard to get right, competitive salaries, strong benefits, employee-ownership, and bonuses that reflect the results we deliver together. I'm glad your overall experience has been a positive one.
