The skybridges...? I don't know anything else

Cons

Terrible parking, terrible management, terrible clicquish behaviors, Lean as an excuse to not oversee work, racism, sexism...basically you name it and someone will eventually get away with it without punishment, these are things that have been in the news about Salem Health so it's not just me

Good pay, good benefits, enjoyable coworkers

Cons

Management does not care about you if you arent a nurse or a doctor, the hospital uses out of date ideas and management techniques, not inclusive not diverse. You are a cog in a machine and expected to act like one
