      Pros

      A lot of the employees are really nice.

      Cons

      A lot of the upper management are overpaid and get bonuses, while the rest of the employees are underpaid. There are quite a few managers who are very rude to their employees. And there has been a really high turnover rate in the last few years - a combination of terrible management and low pay. They talk about a culture that cares about people you just don't feel it working for them.

      Pros

      Salem doesn't feel like a corporation, it feels like a family-owned business. The company is not afraid to stand for something and that mirror the values I represent.

      Cons

      It is STILL a corporation, so there is that corporate structure in place that you have to go through in working in a large company.

      I like working for this company because it's a very family friendly organization with passionate and compassionate managers.
