      Pros

      The culture is good here, the co-workers and management are affable and easy to get along with. It's a good stepping stone or place to get your foot in the door at the very least in the radio industry. It's a good environment and a relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      No maternity leave. Pay is not as good as other broadcasters and that can not be mentioned enough. I feel like every employee here has at one point mentioned how they were promised one amount and given something substantially less.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to learn about a new industry Company is Christian and Conservative, but does not shove that in employees faces, very understanding of Christian and non Christian employees. Its nice to work for a company where people don't mock my values. Good management. Every encounter I've had with the top people at corporate has been pleasant. They are all people I can respect. Good vision. The company has a vision that is easy to get on board with so the job isn't just a job. Good coworkers. I like the people I work with and its a pleasure to interact with them everyday.

      Compensation is a little lower than my peers in similar positions No clear cut path for personal career growth within company that is not sales

      Pros

      An incredibly supportive and enjoyable work experience with a product line that is superior, uplifting and important to the community. Managers have been kind and supportive. Decent, but not outrageously positive benefit package. Local managers are willing to help and have a great heart for the people working for and with them. Atmosphere is generally positive locally.

      Cons

      Poor pay schedule and compensation. Career advancement is difficult as often management is hired from the outside with limited internal advancement. Nor is there any internal program or educational opportunity to garner the skills and experience necessary for advancement. Opportunities are often not listed in advance.
