      Pros

      Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k) are all available. It's a web based company so you are able to work remotely and some positions offer travel. Donuts and other treats are offered often from the company or sales.

      Cons

      Compensation is low and you have to ask for a raise. if you do get a raise it is months after you asked for it. Do not receive 3 weeks vacation until your 6th completed year working there.

      Pros

      I love the community work environment. Everyone in the office is like family. I enjoy going to work everyday. I love what I do in the sense where I work with different ministers and pastors of the Word help them help others with the Word of God. I think that's such a blessing for me to be able to help people in that way. I also respect my bosses who give credit where it's due. They are very encouraging and make you feel like you are making a difference with what you do.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication can be confusing at times in terms of when something needs to be done by or what's new that's happening. An example would be say Sales got a new account and we have a new show airing sometimes there's a lack of communication in terms of who's doing what for that particular show or production and when it begins airing. We always work it out somehow and manage so really I guess we need to work on communication a little bit in terms of the right people knowing the right details at the right time.

      Pros

      Drama-free work atmosphere. Management does a great job at bringing in new hires that fit in and want to contribute. Good benefits and a lot of flexibility when personal time is needed. In my team and from my experience, even after stressful situations, we recognize the overall mission and can see that our work makes a difference in people's lives.

      Cons

      There are no annual reviews for employees. Promotions and pay increases are tough to come by and require a heavy push from supervisors. There is really no attempt to help employees grow personally, and no
