      Pros

      A company that truly cares about it's employees. Pro-active when it comes to the economy and makes adjustments where needed to make sure employee's are taken care of when the economy talks.

      Cons

      I suppose with any company there are some cons. Salem isn't scarce of these. Sometimes the focus is always on the numbers we report to Wall Street but this is the corporate world.
