Pros

There are no pros to working at Salem. Unless you are a fundamentalist Christian and want to work for a company that does not respect LGBTQ, women, or any other race other than white

Cons

Racist leadership that needs to retire, extremely low pay, limited mindset, refusal to growth

Working for Salem Media Group

Pros

As a remote employee there is a massive amount of freedom. Little to no micro management.

Cons

Very behind the times in their social media department resulting in low views for programming. Attention to detail with clients and host's was one of the biggest issues. Big names in conservative circles were brought on board as hosts for their "Podcast Network" and then left to fend for themselves. No overtime
