If you want to have a relatively chill job, low accountability, and an alright paycheck, this is the place to be.

Management is in over their heads and things aren't really progressing.

Thank you for the review, we certainly allow Employees the freedom to self-manage allowing for a flexible workday. With that style of management comes its challenges. We prefer our team to design a lifestyle that suits them and us very well, and while most deeply value it, at times some past employees have not thrived in the environment. SalesRabbit is not for everyone, and during hiring, we do our best to evaluate fit for the individual and the company. SalesRabbit has enjoyed incredible progress, growth and improvement across every single aspect of the business. At times certain departments or projects have stalled or been faced with challenges, but that in itself is a characteristic that any progressing company passes through. Pros

SalesRabbit is different than the rest. It is truly special. I mean, I am literally excited to come into work every morning..... Don't believe me? Read on.... I have never worked for a company that so deeply embodies it's core values. SalesRabbit lives and breathes its 3 core company values of Curiosity, Grit and Gratitude. They often call these combined three values, "Grititudosity", and each and every single SalesRabbit employee has it. It governs our perceptions and behaviors, and ultimately constitutes what is the best company culture I've ever experienced. People help each other here. There's no stepping on other people's throats to get ahead. We all are working together to move the company forward, which in turn, truly strengthens and enables individual employees, teams, and the company as a whole. My thoughts and opinions are valued here and I feel like everyone has a voice at the company. It is also "small enough" (50+ employees) that every employee has the amazing opportunity to really contribute and make a big impact on the company'd success and future. They celebrate and praise your good behaviors and don't tear you down or embarrass you when you make a mistake. There is a lot of autonomy and room for growth/advancement here at SalesRabbit. Everybody here WANTS you to succeed and move up and get to where you want to be! Even my boss (The Director of Customer Experience) frequently asks me what my dream position would be in the company (or even not at the company) and how he can help get me there. He literally prides himself on the accomplishments of his employees. He glories in the successes of others. I honestly could not have handpicked a better boss. He really listens to your thoughts and ideas and doesn't act like he's your superior in any way. He respects you. He genuinely cares about and wants to help each and every one of his employees grow and succeed at SalesRabbit, as well outside of SalesRabbit. He knows how to create a great work environment and help each person flourish and thrive under his guidance. He just.....gets it. SalesRabbit upper management is honestly INCREDIBLE as well. They are constantly working side-by-side with employees and are so aware of and involved in literally EVERYTHING that's going on in the company. They welcome any and all questions, and will literally tell you anything you want to know about the company (i.e. our numbers, where we're headed...etc.). This is HUGE for me, because the last place I worked was the TOTAL opposite. They were SO secretive and I felt like no one ever knew what was going on and how the company was doing etc.. This resulted in frequent gossip and speculation among coworkers, and discontent and distrust in our upper management. Fortunately, SalesRabbit is NOT this way AT ALL! I have noticed, and felt myself, a strong sense of trust in our upper management. SalesRabbit's transparency really makes me feel like I am a core, essential part of the company and adds to their unmatched team culture.

Cons

I literally can't think of anything.

Pros

Free lunches served on Wednesday, most of the employees are great

Cons

Management, no raises, no bonuses, I have seen the HR Team chase people out of this company, great sales people, great CSM, great Engineers, they even chased away the best IT guy I have ever had the opportunity to work with, plus SalesRabbit fired an 8 mo pregnant lady from the sales team because she didn't meet her goals while she was dealing with her pregnancy. If that sounds like a place you want to work go ahead a give it a try, but you won't like it after a few months.

Thank you for your feedback, as we appreciate hearing from all employees. Prioritizing employee satisfaction and retention is important to us, and we work hard to create a culture of trust. As with most companies, employment is primarily merit-based. Department organization structure is left to the department heads and their managers, not the HR team. As to the concerns you raise about pay, we remain committed to compensation that is competitive, and constantly strive to make sure employees are compensated fairly. As a current employee, we recommend you bring your concerns to your manager. We encourage regular open dialog about pay and compensation. We strive to create a culture of transparency, along with a culture of flexibility and adaptability, as the needs of the business continue to evolve. Additionally, the company's anonymous feedback channel is available to you if you feel you can’t talk directly with your manager.
