      Product Offering in Stark Contrast to Company Values

      Pros

      The products developed, acquired, and integrated provide measurable value for companies in the enterprise and mid-market tiers of most industries. The services and supports teams are committed to customer success and satisfaction.

      Cons

      Licensing and contracts are "heavy handed" focusing on the interests of Salesforce and largely disrespecting the interests of the customer. A stark contrast to the very public and even aggressive "Social Fairness and Inclusion" mantra of the CEO and most others in senior leadership.

      It all depends on your boss

      Pros

      Strong ethic and care for the environment and society. Great products.

      Cons

      Cut throat and political. Hard to get promoted. All depends on your boss and their ability to bring you along. Everything revolves around sales.

      Pros

      Nice office space. Good compensation and benefits. Good PR.

      Cons

      If you ask someone a few months in they are still on a high so disregard these comments. You experience will depend on where you land. The comment I heard from so many was great company, bad job. The company stands for something more, but the implementation by management can be very uneven. You will not like it if you do not like micromanagement because there is a lot of that. You'll be fine if you drink the kool aid, but beware if you think for yourself and god forbid, you express yourself to the wrong folks in management. Older employees are disillusioned. There are way too may re-orgs.
