      Leadership is all over the place

      Pros

      Great benefits. Similar to other big tech companies. Nice co-workers but many of them are frustrated. So there's that.

      Cons

      Leadership is all over the place. Re-org and re-org after re-org. I think they spend most of their time and energy on comms. Crafting the right message to keep us all drinking the koolaid. Over it. Also, I once interviewed with for 10 different roles and countless rounds of interviews just to find my next role within the company (despite being a high performer and well-liked). Favoritism and nepotism run rampant.

      Has become extremely toxic

      Pros

      Probably a great place to work as long as you’re not in a sales or sales supporting role. Rank and file colleagues are the heart and soul and really the only good part of any given day. Health care plans are top tier. 6mos mat leave.

      Cons

      Do not believe the “best place to work” rankings. That may have been true 10 yrs ago, but the culture today is extremely toxic and feels like a sweat shop many days. If you are in a sales or sales support function, particularly, beware! Technology and product problems abound. Seem to have dropped the ball bigot in retaining top talent. Path to grow/develop is limited unless you are in a big office where you can get face time with the powers that be. Senior management and C Suite execs do not care about anything but meeting (unrealistic) targets each Q. You will find yourself wondering daily how the company comes up with their forecasts.
