Such high expectations but it's been a bit of a let down
Pros
* The company is truly driven by it's top leadership to product quality products for their customers. * Rapid growth and the name makes it easy to hire top talent * compensation is the best in town
Cons
* political nightmare * minorities need not apply. input from white men is the only one that's actually listened to in engineering. * little desire to collaborate at the management level. they are all just fighting rather than focusing on customer needs * although the executives speak about quality, middle management only wanted to get features out fast so they could complete their v2mom. One VP of product said "I don't care about releasing just completing the feature in dev so that we can show progress." * constant direction change with little to no reasoning or explanation. One day do this. Stop sprint. Do that!
