Reputable company, aesthetically great atmosphere, ideally fun & creative job.

Cons

Not truly inclusive/diverse with marketing and social efforts. Out of touch with catering to diverse audiences. Lack of integrity between management and staff and client/social commitment; lots of grey areas. High turnover rates within staff in marketing departments. Lack of stability and high disregard for employees. Micro aggressions, oppressive behaviors, and false support within teams. Work life balance is lacking. Diversity & Inclusion is not fully supported; needs work with true & actual support.

-good starter job - you get experience with sales, customer service, money handling, keyholding responsibilites. -This is more of a personal thing but the people I met and worked with were hands down my favorite part

Cons

The SB corporation just fell falt for me in a lot of ways. I worked at a few different locations in my 2 years and saw how they functioned as a whole. Fighting for a raise is like being in a tug of war with your sibling. And the idea of moving up in the company felt more like being stuck then a promotion.
