If you want peace of mind Sally Corporate isn't the place for you to work. Upper Management is always changing things without letting every department know that something is changed. Vice President's and directors do not have your back and will throw you under the bus to save their own selves even if they told you to do something. There is such a lack of communication

sometimes the shipment is literally backbreaking and you have to put it out even when customers are asking questions. some customers are just rude and you have to stand there for a long time w/ them and explain how to use products and that can be frustrating. some employees are not trained in cosmetology -some managers even-and then when they give bad advice ppl come back angry and/or write reviews online. there can be way too many cooks in the kitchen giving different advice and that's just as bad. employees are sometimes not told what sales are going on and that can cause embarassment and look bad for the store. some employees honestly are just warm bodies and really know nothing about the products. yet cosmetologists and or hard workers get paid the same as unenthusiastic employees without knowledge.
