Responsibility - Trained to do everything involved in the running of the store Loads of room for growth in a short time Overtime in different stores. Small close teams

Cons

Small Contracts - If you give bigger contracts more often you would have a smaller staff turnover because it is an amazing workplace

Unfortunately ran as a corporate business and guilty of employing head office staff with no industry experience which has resulted in Sally falling way behind the competition.
