Leadership consistently set unattainable sales goals and then acted surprised when we didn’t hit them. Customer based is all oversold and they aren’t releasing new products, just packaging them together in a different way as a band aid fix for a bigger problem. Dismantled all of business operations to outsource labor to Portugal. Not sure how that’s going to work when the sales team needs support at 3:00 pm and everyone’s asleep in Portugal.

Leadership has no emotional intelligence whatsover. You advance based off who you know not how talented and thorough you are. Sales team is mediocre at best.
