Pros

The only reason people should work at Salsify is for the keg of Iced Coffee and beer.

Cons

Sales management is very raw, they didn't value anyone but themselves. There was not clear communication from founders (who were very impressive) to the sales team. There wasn't a team oriented feel between marketing and sales. There was a lot of bad mouthing, more then any company I have been at.
