- Excellent found team has served as a consistent guiding vision - Culture has, and will remain a priority for Salsify - Awesome market & product

Cons

- Prioritizing where to invest / focus resources while growing so quick leaves some areas neglected (ie customer support & career growth). This is expected to some degree, though can be frustrating when the company claims to be investing in those specific areas of the business without much to show for it.

Pros

A company that truly makes a difference for brand manufacturers that sell on the digital shelf. Getting to talk to some of the coolest brands and helping them solve their digital challenges. Management is constantly pushing you to get 1% better each day. They are very supportive and everyone is working towards the same goal. Care deeply about employees wellbeing and fantastic company culture. A superb team specifically in EMEA who all want to win and help our customers be better.

Cons

Not so much a con but this is definitely a company suited for proactive professionals. Everyone works hard and your skills will be stretched but the healthiest way possible.
