Provided a good work-life balance. Good benefits package. A good place to go if you just want to go to work, collect a paycheck and go home.

Cons

Be very careful who you talk to. Management had unrealistic expectations of new employees. Pay was what I could have been getting doing shift work at the hospital. Upper management doesn't want suggestions on how to improve anything and get very threatened easily. Most of the team has been there for a long time and worked together prior to that, if you aren't part of the click you are in trouble.

Promotions are few and far between. You may not get and interview for a position you apply for, even if you are minimally qualified, because they do not give any points for being a current employee. C
