Great people A bit of a lack of diversity in the employees themselves but many divisions do a lot of good for diverse populations

Cons

Less red tape than you would think but it is there for sure. Super political at the division director and up level

Cons

Upper management in certain departments are waiting out for retirement and no room for growth in the organization. Virtually no incentive to exceed expectations.

Easy going, benefits, you can feel that you're making a difference in the community.

Cons

Teamwork there is a lot of CYA and some folks have been there to long they have lost their passion for the job. The pay is not great, communication is lost amongst team members and sometimes supervisors. Although it's easy going it's also repetitive. Clients may treat you like garbage at times.
