Environment is great, meaning friendly wait staff. Everybody was on the same page about everything.

Pros

Everyone really works as a team. Anyone can just open up the ticket for your table and close it out, place an order for another drink, ect. You just have to have a server card. I thought that was very helpful. It's a set schedule. But it was easy to switch shifts with someone, or to just give away a shift. So it was flexible.

Cons

Training is LONG! you have to take a test beginning of every shift. You have to study. Your number of tables you have depend on whether you are an A, B , or C server. They only do evaluations every 2 months and it goes by sales. An C server will have 2 tables on Friday and Saturday nights. You always start out as a C server so you have to work your way up. Plenty of Side-work to do.

World Class Steakhouse. Entire staff learns leadership traits and what it takes to be successful. Entire team takes pride in their job!!

Cons

It's not an easy job! You will be challenged to be at your best every shift. All staff financially rewarded when taking care of guest.
