"Good Place to Work"

Pros

The management and other servers are nice, and fun to work with. There are slow and busy times, which is true for all server positions. Training is hard but will completely prepare a server for their job.

Cons

When it's slow it is bad because there is no money to make. Company policies are strict but not unreasonable. Can be high stress when store is very busy.

Pros

Fixed schedule can be nice, not much side work, good food, fun co workers, comprehensive training program, good loyal guests

Cons

Terrible money, no respect unless you are a high ranked server, no time off unless you can get someone to pick up a shift, no matter how much you have helped management in the past.
