      Pros

      Unlimited amount of really good coffee.

      Cons

      Everything else. No room for advancement. They treat employees as disposable with very little compensation. No work/life balance.

      Pros

      Advancement and incentives depending on what you put in to the job. Read about insurance from other employee listed here. The company pays for 40% of insurance which is great comparatively and carries one of the best policies. Insurance is expensive for sure. The coffee culture is great employee lunches are paid for everyday, there is even a hydroponic garden for salads. Management does have an open door policy I have never had a problem with approaching any manager.

      Cons

      This is retail so most customers are great but there are difficult ones sometimes to deal with on the phone.
