Pros

Tuition assistance, decent pay and depending on the department your placed in, it can be laid back and fun.

Cons

Unaffordable health care options, it has a point system. If you like a manager it wont be for long. They end up getting fired. They don't care about you or your family. Even if your part time and can't work certain times they will write you up for not staying later.
