Pros

Good pay, good discounts on hotels n stuff (at least when I was there) usually a decent overall attitude of the store.

Cons

Gotta watch out for managers hiring their friends n promoting their friends over good workers. When I was there management would play favorites n let some people call off every day n they wouldn't get fired but as soon as someone they didn't like called off it was game over.

Pros

The account teams are supportive, making collaboration within cleints enjoyable. Going to the stores is really fun. Associates on the ground floor are great. They are so supportive to consumers

Cons

Leadership is a major downfall. There’s a lack of guidance, support, and expertise. Its making it hard to feel valued unless you're part of their inner circle. The company culture fosters exclusivity—if you’re not already friends with the leadership team, its impossible to break into that group or advance within the organization. You need to be in that circle, and if you aren't, forget about it. Many people in certain positions shouldn't be there. Overall, it feels like talent and effort take a backseat to favoritism and social connections.
