Pros

Pay and most of the people. And some of the bonuses are OK.

Cons

Most of the Managers. The team leads are usually really young. Hard to request a weekend day off. They work you HARD. and if you work harder than others, they work you even more and expect more out of you. They have a VERY strict call in policy. So don't get sick often. If you do, you have to come to work and get every one else sick or risk losing your job. A couple of the Managers just stand or sit around and don't do anything.

Pros

Fun job, great co-workers there.

Cons

Bad management depending where you work. I had a bad location, but I visited others that were much much better. I quit because they would’ve fired me anyway because of points (absences), but it was a family thing and I asked 4 months in advance, but they did not care. Management could have bypassed it, but they do not care. I talked to other managers at different stores, and they took my side. Oh well.
