Pros

Good benefits and PTO, company seems to be trying to improve work culture

Cons

Retail is a beast. In the STM role, you are supposed to train, develop, and support employees in the club and also foster relationships with businesses and organizations outside of the club. On any given day(aka most days), the store could be severely understaffed and so you have to cover. Now you are an overpaid associate and not reaching any of your goals. Very minimal/nonexistent training that’s relevant to your specific role. All managers have to work 10 hour shifts.
