Pros
Part-time doesn't get any benefits but if you go full-time, there is plenty of benefits. The staff and coworkers are understanding but there were also alot of schedule problems that weren't addressed in a timely manner. Other than that it's a pretty lowkey job, just the Team lead doesn't do his job.
Cons
The Team Lead would continously take long breaks and discourage his team. That motivates people less to come into work or even get their job done.
