Pros

Reasonable Pay, Great Member Benefits

Cons

Bad Management Favoritism with certain associates Horrible Scheduling Lack of Appreciation When there are issues management cannot be found and if they are they take themselves out of the equation and expect associates to solve problems designated for them (management). I started working there end of 2022 left early 2023 because I was not given proper training. I interviewed for one position and was thrown into multiple positions with very little or no training, I had to figure things out myself. We cannot teach new hires if we are not trained it makes us look stupid. Another thing, they push you to sell credit REALLY HARD and expect you to annoy the customers into getting their credit cards, if you don't sell you are frowned on.

Pros

They follow company guidelines and are employee oriented. Employees are treated very well.

Cons

Many people, including me, were working full time hours on part-time benefits.
