Pros

Benefits Pay (70k base) The people at this location are supportive Relatively easy to move up if you want to.

Cons

Long days (5 10s) No work/life balance at all Company/regional direction changes too quickly Company intentionally short staffing departments, but expected to maintain same level of productivity

Pros

Steady pay and hours for Leadership. Great benefit structure. Really really great people. The relationships you'll build here will stick with you long after you leave. Plenty of room to move up, down, over, and around.

Cons

Stress. Like being on actual fire 8+ hours a day. I'm sure it's a good job for people that can compartmentalize.
