Pros

Good coworkers from what i can say, from my experience, decent pay, and offers some experience especially from how this store functions. looks good on a resume.

Cons

awful turnover rate, especially for the evening shifts on the merchandising end, in general all areas. expect to be yelled at for the smallest things, and expect coworkers going in and out from the job. management is in a rough place at the moment, although i don't see it improving for a while. policy changes like the seasons change, and while they say expectations are low, they stay that way until a couple of minor slip ups, and next thing you know, you're in their office getting a earful of how a newish retail employee with no retail background shouldn't be paid for how high the rates are right now,
