Pros

The atmosphere is really nice, as I love the people I work with.

Cons

Other than a small portion of customers, I have no cons that would describe working at Sam's Club.

Pros

Possible ability to move up if you are a good worker. Good about breaks Work with your schedule requirements Get to buy stuff in bulk Time does fly when busy Can have a family feeling if you are optimistic and positive

Cons

Some customers are really bad but guess that's anywhere. Pay is okay but not great you move a lot of heavy products and I mean a lot. Usually don't have a bagger so basically work your butt off by yourself on registers No windows on building No associate discount.. Besides a few cents here and there You have to deal with some aggravated people but long lines do that and no biggy really
