Easy Going

Pros

The job itself is actually pretty easy, under the assumption that you can lift numerous items over 20lbs and you're on your feet constantly the whole shift ie physically in shape. Medical plan isn't too bad. It's covered quite a number of my medical needs. Options to purchase company stocks without having to pay for a whole stock value. Can earn plenty of PPTO/PTO and use it whenever you need to. Even if you're part-time, if you're being scheduled "full-time" hours consecutively, you'll end up being able to get full-time benefits. If you're not happy working in a specific department, it's easy to transfer to another one. The pay is quite decent. There are quarterly bonuses for part time and full-time employees. Dress code is casual wear to a certain extend, depending on location and department. They try to keep a healthy environment.

Cons

This can be a pro but some may view it as a con. You might be asked to worked extra hours due to call out or busy day. 30 min lunch is too short imo. Getting someone to cover your shift can be a hassle.

Overrall Solid Workplace

Pros

- Good starting pay for part-time employees - Managers and other staff aren't nasty; very welcoming - Managers hold club to a high standard and it doesn't feel like you're working in a chaotic workplace - Plenty of things to do so it's almost never overstaffed

Cons

- Sometimes it feels like they don't call in enough staff on certain days - Started using employees a little too loosely in my opinion before I left (employees from freezer cooler section in the cafe to fill voids)

Pros

Pay is good 15$ too push carts and get a bonus every 3 months

Cons

Depending on who your manager is At the location you're working you're going to have a hard time with micro management but that has nothing to do with the company Just on who they hire
