Pros

Being available and listening to an associate concerns/belief by allowing them to implement additional ideals. Their worthiness will give great service to the company/members Leading with Gratefulness and Gratitude, to have associates that are willing to go beyond their daily goals given

Cons

Higher Management Leadership is not structured correctly. Not following or implementing Company's policies and or procedures with respect to associates. Misinforming information and no leadership training in place. It's all about the salary.
