Pros

Meet new people, great management

Cons

Customers can be picky and sensitive and management will always try to side with them. Don’t take it personal

Pros

Easy enough work. Not super stressfull.

Cons

Sams club as a company has an archaic points system in place. So even if you are sick or have something pop up you will get 1 point for missing a day. BUT if its a "doorbuster weekend" or a holiday you get 2 points. If you get 5 you are let go. I have seen multiple good employees point out because of sickness or other reasons that should be excused! Its on a rolling six month average. So the point will only fall off SIX MONTHS after you get it. Feels like management barley cares about the day to day workers. Now they have cut back all part time hours for the foreseeable future and expect everyone to be okay with it. Most areas are short staff but they dont care. They will continue to just rotate thru people.
