Pros
Pay is decent. Nothing else.
Cons
1) Management is horrible (in multiple clubs). 2) People get promoted because of someone they know, never because of there qualifications or how hard they work. 3) If they say they will give you certain hours don't believe them. They said they would give me full time, Only getting 20-26 hours a week. 4) They cut hours/staff, but expect you to do more.
