      Pay is pretty good. With help from managers supervisors, and working hard moving up in the company isn't too hard.

      Sam's share is slowly declining each year.

      Plenty of departments you can move to within the company. Great opportunities for a place to start.

      Cons

      Management was horrible and the leaders from home office who were supposed to investigate management, failed to do their job as well.
