Pros

Flexible hours and decent pay

Cons

Management had favorites among supervisors & cashiers. Let them have better benefits and the first word on everything. Was pushed to the limit to sell credits and plus memberships since the club was doing terrible. No chance to move up in the company unless you were a management favorite.

Pros

great as a part time job

Cons

standing on concrete flooring for several hours wasn't fun at all. When I worked there you were always being pushed to have the customer's to upgrade their memberships. Lunch breaks were only 30 minutes.
