Pros

The way that managers treat me. I am well appreciated and told that I am. I work with amazing people. Not to mention as a cashier if I am not given my lunch within 6 hours of my shift (which is rare) I get locked out. I cannot be bothered by work things on break. A 4 hour shift gives me 1 15minute break and anything 6 and up gets me 2 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch.

Cons

It can get hectic and you are expected to know a lot.

Pros

Great people to work with. Made lots of friends. Many opportunities to try something new. Easy to advance if you work hard. First dibs on closeout items.

Cons

Instability of the company. Too many people making decisions that have never worked in the stores. Poor merchandising standards. Lowest salary in the industry. Lots of insignificant demands on managers. Too many schedule changes.
