It's a good company to work with. Nice colleagues and management listens to associates.good end of year bonus based on overall annual performance. I opportunity to learn retail. Good benefits. Flexible schedules.

Feels like a family. Manangers actually care if you like your job. Flexible hours. Good pay.

Cons

weekly performance reviews. Expectation to sell membership upgrades and credit applications in all positions. Benefits such as medical insurance are lacking.

Great company if you are a student, they work with your schedule, if 20 hours a week is all you need, this is the place for you.. They can also work with another job schedule. They start above minimum wage

Cons

For a person with a family this place will just get food on the table, good look having the roof over your head though.
