Pros

Great company if you are a student, they work with your schedule, if 20 hours a week is all you need, this is the place for you.. They can also work with another job schedule. They start above minimum wage

Cons

For a person with a family this place will just get food on the table, good look having the roof over your head though.

Pros

Steady pay from a solid company. They do offer benefits. They dont expect much from hourly employees. They can work around school schedules.

Cons

They dont pay much for hourly positions, advancement is slow, and salary turn over is high. The "new" scheduling system is horrible and makes working part time very hard, if you have days you are not available do not expect many hours on the days you are. Which is odd because they prefer to hire a 50/50 mix of full/part time employees. They used to really care about and take care of the employees, as time goes by it seems like that attitude is going by the wayside.
