Pros

Salary is great...more than any other retailer out there. You can do anything you want to in the company. Possibilities are endless. Also great health benefits.

Cons

Threatening environment from upper management, lack of respect for the individual, if you are not a "favorite" you will have a target on your back. Upper management doesn't seem to care. They visit, threaten your job and then leave. Told you have to work your days off..even if you have plans with family. No one to talk to about issues for fear of retaliation. When executives visit, we are told to put on the "dog and pony show" and talk about how happy we are. Seems as though they want to get rid of all the long termers and hire newbies so they can pay them less.

Pros

At the best of times, they can be fun people to work with. It is a great place to get customer service experence. The potential to change positions varies but have a lot more openings. THe pay is decent AND does increase early and health care IS provided for even part timers

Cons

Initially it was a fair place to work at, co-workers looked out for each other. But with a change of management, it became more cutthroat and backstabbing. Favoritism increased and hard work didn't matter when the managers just didn't like you. IT takes a lot of effort and luck to get any changes done and calling corporate doesnt' cut it.
