Pros

Associates are pretty nice over all to work with. You get to meet a lot of people in the community. Is a good place to be if you are a student and they are willing to work around your schedule

Cons

Horrible hours, communication sucks, you will be on your feet 10 hours a day (management) and you will never see a weekend or holiday off again. You will be told on a regular basis that you are replaceable. Raises are pretty much nonexistent especially for management

Pros

Was employed here for 5 years through college. Pay was above minimum wage and you got yearly raises. Held 3 different positions in those 5 years (cashier, floor, and wireless phones). The work is not too bad. Stores close at 8:30 and taking time off is relatively easy. Mangers are willing to work around school schedules. Also a few freebies such as a yearly bonus and, on many occasions, free food in the break room.

Cons

Not enough hours. If you're looking for full time, it is rather tough to get as many have held these jobs for years. Also, company sort of has a mentality that if an idea makes sense, it is frowned upon. Associates and team leaders interact with the members everyday and can see what aspects can be improved. But good luck getting management to consider or even listen to these concerns.

Pros

Managers are fine, if you work on the day shift, your work will be much easier and more relaxed, if you work on night shift, will be working so hard, and there is no time to play around

Cons

sometimes you get bitched at for no reason, just don't argue with the managers, do whatever they ask you to do.
