Pros

The people I worked with were great. I considered them a second family.

Cons

Upper management tends to jump down the throats of their employees far too often for the smallest things.

Insane turnover rate on front end.

Pros

Stable work place, not a huge risk of the company failing. Most of the management staff is nice and helpful

Cons

no incentive to work hard, no chance for merit based raises or for learning more than one job. no negotiating salary/hourly rate when moving up to management/supervisory positions. some regional managers don't have the same degree as people they over see, ie pharmacy regional manager is only a certified technician, and is giving orders/instructing Pharmacists on how to do their jobs.

Pros

There are none. They always on your back

Cons

Always under pressure. They always look for ways to write you up unless you are one of the favorites.
